Cumbria Action for Sustainability (CAfS) are inviting people to see how the #ReadyForRain house is being transformed into a warm, dry, flood-resilient home.

CAfS are giving free guided tours around the home where you’ll find out about lime and other materials and techniques that are perfect for making older properties warmer and more weather resilient. The tours will be led by the owner and contractor Chris Morphet from Lake District Lime (and his site manager, Nettle the dog!).

There are four tours with limited places which must be booked in advance, click your chosen time below to book or to find out more information:

11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm

If you don’t want to go on a tour of the property, you can drop in at the Hub any time from 11am – 3pm to find out more about the project.
