The Association of SuDS Authorities (ASA) is intending to promote the use of sustainable drainage in property developments. The Association has been created following discussion with lead local flood authorities (LLFAs) across the country and will be the member organisation for professionals working with local authorities in the delivery of sustainable drainage.
The Association of Drainage Authorities (ADA), Construction Industry Research and Information Association (CIRIA) and ASA will work together in the delivery of sustainable drainage. The idea for a formal association supporting the delivery of SuDS arose from the inaugural LASOO conference in June 2017. The association will be available to provide support for those involved in the delivery of sustainable drainage.
