Phillip Hammond has announced a £60 million pledge to plant more trees across England to help preserve the Environment. The money will be divided up, with £10 million set aside for new trees in streets and urban areas and up to £50 million will be made available to purchase carbon credits from landowners. This was announced following the launch of Governments 25 Year Environment Plan at the start of the year.
