From Monday 7th – Sunday 13th February we are hosting a ‘Managing Flood Risk: A Catchment Approach’ Focus Week campaign on our social media channels:
This focus week will raise awareness of what a catchment approach to managing flood risk is, who can be involved and the multiple benefits it can have. We will showcase a number of resources and give an example of a flood scheme from the North West which is using a number of different flood risk management measures throughout the catchment to help manage flood risk. We hope to raise awareness around how working together and carrying out all the different flood risk management techniques, can help to manage flood risk.
